COVID-19 Measures at Hotelu KARLSBAD GRANDE MADONNA
As the health of you, our esteemed guests and employees comes, first for us, the resumption of the hotel’s operation will take place under strict hygienic measures, so that you are with maximum safety with us.
Maximum cleanliness and professionalism were the basic value for us even before the current situation, so you don’t have to worry about anything with us.
In connection with the presence of coronavirus COVID-19 in the Czech Republic, we have taken a number of temporary measures against any possible spread.
- All staff of the hotel and spa center were instructed on increased hygiene measures in the workplace.
- Our employees and medical staff are equipped with protective equipment (drapes, respirators, gloves, goggles if necessary).
- We have expanded the regular cleaning.
- We pay close attention to the use of virucidal disinfectants, including all surfaces of handles, railings, seating, storage areas and floors.
- We provided hand sanitizers for our guests and staff and distributed them throughout the hotel, including the rooms.
