Beautiful hotel with warm atmosphere. We have visited other hotels around here, but this one’s exceeding by far. In every place there’s things to improve, specially with regards to personal. I know well from our own business perspective. Here they really listen and work on it, and that counts most.Posted on Google

☺I spent three nights at a wonderful hotel. My impressions were exceptionally positive! The room was spotlessly clean and the interior was stylish and meticulously designed. The staff was very friendly and attentive to detail. The breakfasts were beyond praise—delicious and varied. Deza7 January 2026Exceptional One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The receptionist is so nice and speaks English. The lady at the spa is also very accommodating. The room is very nice and so chic. Zuzana Hotel just a few meters from the hot spring, excellent food, spotless and beautiful rooms, perfect wellness facilities. During our stay, my daughter had her birthday. Angela4 October 2025I had to change a room because of the noise from an elevator behind the wall. All single rooms are located next to the elevator so I upgraded to a double room for an extra pay. I would recommend other solo travelers to keep this in mind if you’re just as sensitive to noise as me. All the rest was great: tasty food in the restaurant, pleasant spa. The people working there were welcoming and willing to help. The location is convenient — right next to Vřidlo colonnade. However, I was disappointed by being charged for my small dog after the receptionist had initially suggested it would be free. These details and the ones described below unfortunately lowered my overall impression, though the hotel itself has potential for an even better experience. ☹ I did not appreciate that the manager ran after me to ask for payment for my small dog, when the receptionist had initially suggested — or at least led me to believe — that it would be free of charge. I was also disappointed by the misleading “wellness included” offer, as jacuzzi use was strictly limited to a maximum of 15 minutes, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.Posted on Booking

anel nepomnyachaya28 July 2025I spent here my solo-trip for a weekend. It was a lovely experience! The hotel has got a room for 1 person and there was not a lot of people at the wellness center. I felt safe, if you want to go on a girl spa day - I recommend it 100% Prices for massage is affordable and wellness staff were nice. Also couple of words about breakfast: it was simple and delicious, hotel supplied a wide variety of meals, drinks and fresh fruits Big thanks to Maria receptionist, that was very helpful and polite ❤️Posted on Booking
